We don't sell you more tools. We wake up the ones you already pay for.

Most companies pay for far more Microsoft 365 than they use — identity, storage, security, the apps everyone works in, all licensed and locked down. When a team needs more help, the reflex is to buy another tool with another login and another bill. We think that's the wrong move.

Horizen runs your IT the way a good shop should, and then adds an assistant that actually remembers your business — right inside the Microsoft 365 you already own, using the same logins and the same files your team uses today. It learns how your company works, takes the repetitive jobs off your people's plate, and shows you the hours and dollars it saved every single time. A founding partner of Horizen, Joey runs delivery and operations — the day-to-day desk, the client relationships, and the work of turning what we promise into real, repeatable results. He owns the line where the engineering meets the customer, and makes sure what ships is what was promised.

Before Horizen he built 220+ specialized AI agents that delivered over 1.6 million messages to 75,000+ users at a 96% approval rating. Earlier, he led customer onboarding for the SaaS startups behind $1.2B in acquisitions and built dynamic product advertising for global retailers.
